Management Success
Since 2004 we have been providing Management Success evaluations which include a nuanced analysis of protected areas, their governance and work as well as resourcing, context, threats and issues. This information can be used to give feedback to governments, funders and provide outreach to stakeholders. Communicating park performance and achievements is critical to build much needed support for parks and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Management Scans – solutions to manage better
We can provide a snapshot of how well a protected area is managed and help to find solutions to take a park to the next level. A management scan looks at the management regime and governance, the context the protected area works within, the systems and processes, the activities park staff are engaged in, as well as the threats and issues and comes up with tailor made solutions.
