Project Description
The Mount Scenery National Park Management Plan was prepared for the Island Government and people of Saba. It outlines the management provisions, objectives and activities for the park and makes recommendations for management.
The plan was developed by Parks Work in close cooperation with a local Project Team, headed by Saba Conservation Foundation’s Parks Manager, Kai Wulf, and other local and international experts.
The plan structure, format and process were developed by Duncan MacRae and Kalli De Meyer in 2004 using the IUCN guidelines for protected area management planning. This template has been reviewed and endorsed by the World Commission on Protected Areas (WCPA).
