Acutely aware of the need to be able to demonstrate the success of management effort, the Dutch Caribbean Nature Alliance has asked Parks-Work to carry out the Management Success project for the 19th consecutive year. We have conducting interviews with park staff from seven parks over four islands to capture all the hard work, challenges and successes of 2022. The data will be used to produce technical reports for the park organisations inform planning.
