Acutely aware of the need to be able to demonstrate the success of management effort, the Dutch Caribbean Nature Alliance has asked Parks-Work to carry out the Management Success project for the 16th consecutive year. We are currently conducting interviews with park staff from 10 parks over six islands to capture all the hard work, challenges and successes of 2020. The data will be used to produce technical reports for the park organisations and management success data reports as part of ongoing Management Effectiveness evaluations
